With those wheels & 225/45-17 tires, you'll be fine & have no rubbing with any drop you might be on or thinking about for the future.

Came across a decent set of wheels here are the specs:

18x8 +35mm on 215/40 Falken-912
18x9 +30mm on 225/40 Falken-912

I am only on springs (eibach sportlines) and I do carry passengers often and roads are not horrid but not the smoothest- dont want to go lower nor stretched will these work for my current setup? not rolled or pulled but aware I may have to but more input would be great....thanks

Wheels: Stance Mindset
Size: 16x8
Offset: +25
Tires: 205/55 Kumho
Suspension: Raceland coilovers. Minus 1 collar on front minus both collars rear.
Purchased from: Element Wheels

Comments:

These wheels NEED spacers to run on the rear. They do not clear the calipers and need at least 5mm of space changing the offsets to a +20.

Fronts need spacers to use center caps. With out spacers they clear fine, but center caps get popped off.

Fenders: Need rolled and pulled. No way around it.

Tires: 205/55 (OEM size) fit perfect with only 1/2" stretch. You loose the over bubble on the sidewall, but maintain a comfortable ride.

Element Wheels: Slow shipping (2 weeks), ships by freight so you have to ship them to a dock, or pick them up. Ordered 205/55's that were listed, but they sent 215/55's because they said "we don't have 205/55 in the tire you ordered". Well they shouldn't list that, and should have contacted me prior to mounting tires. I am now stuck with 215/55's to sell.

So spacers, fender work, happyness.

Ok here is my dilemma, im purchasing a set of xxr 531 (ccw reps) 18x8.5 and i wanted to do 9.5 in the rear. The guy from the wheel shop recommended to do 8.5 all around, but i wanted a rear to be a little wider. im also lowered about 1in in the front and 2 in the rear. what tires do you recommend and how much wider can i go with out doing much modifications, if not what mods would i need for a 18x10 in the rear. XB2 btw. lol

Default Will these fit?

Looking at a set? Sitting stock. May put TRD springs on down the road but not yet. The tire/wheel setup is:

Hankook Ventus V12 EVO 225/45/17

Size: 17"x7"
Offset: +40mm
Bolt Pattern: Universal 5x100 / 5x114.3

Will this setup fit my stock suspension 08 xB?
