Default Do i Need 3 more tires?

Long story short, one of my tires blew last night. From the sidewall. I had 225/45r/18 enduro runway tires on all 4 wheels. I couldnt find that tire, and went with a Falken 912, 225/45/Zr/18
Number 1, what does the Z mean? is that any different?
This tire is bigger than the previous one, sidewall height wise, and i can see the tilt of the car slightly.
Do i need to replace all four because of this?
What is a realistic option?

You should have the same tires at least each axle. Ie. get one more Falken, and put it on the same axle with the other one.
If they're different sized, I'm not sure how ABS/VSC will react to that, since they'll be rotating at different speeds.

^^x2

Falken 912's do run a little larger diameter than the 225/45-18 should calculate out to.
Falken = 26.3" diameter
225/45-18 calculation = 26" diameter

I'd throw another Falken on the other side of the xB, and put those 2 on the rears since they are a tad bit larger. Then save the extra Enduro Runway as a spare for the 2 left up front.

Or you could find another Enduro Runway replacement, and then sell the barely used Falken.

BTW, the "Z" in the tire spec corresponds to a speed rating of 149+ mph.

No problem. I'm running double stagger:
Falken 912 @ 225/45-17 front = 25.2" diameter
Falken 912 @ 245/40-18 rear = 25.9" diameter
They've been on for 30k miles with no ABS/VSC issues at all.
