ok here is my plan and then I'll state the question I hope you can help me with this one.
ok I plan to put on my '08 some 19x8 or 19x8.5 ASA wheels with a 35 tire and plan to droop it with TRDs
Now; I car pool and drive my car once a week with other 4 people (5 total with me). Do you think considering the weight of 5 men (average 180-190 lb) it will rub or not?

Whether you rub or not is all going to depend on the offset of the wheels. Depending on the wheel offset, you should be OK with 225/35-19 or 235/35-19 tires. Which ASA wheels are you looking at?

Keep in mind that the maximum load capacity for passengers & cargo is 850 pounds, so you guys might want to lose 15-20 pounds each.

I'm planning to go with ASA JH9, Offset: 45mm Backspacing: 6.29" Bolt Pattern: 5-114

 

19x8 +45 with 235/35-19 tires.
