Default tire pressure

what is up with the tire pressure on the new xB's?

32psi rear and 35psi front cold - is that due to putting the 2.4l engine in that small compartment?

Very many cars, especially front wheel drive cars, call for more pressure in the front tires than the rears. Most cars are front weight biased, again, especially FWD, sometimes as high as 60%/40% front/rear.

it is the first time i have come across it - my original xB had equal pressure in front and rear but then again it was a much smaller engine...

i have been experimenting with tire pressure and have found that cold tire pressure @ 31psi rear and 34psi front gives the best ride for me and my xB feels very stable...
