some times on some roads in ca i have that problem too, usually where they have rain grooves in the roads, or if semi trucks make ruts...
i would ask them to perform an alighment and ensure everything is in spec before they tell you it's the "roads"
does it pull on all different types of road surfaces, pull more at speed? when i got both my gen 1's, BOTH were out of alighnment spec when i took delivery.. both my rs1.0 and rs3.0 had 1 mile on the odo when i got them new... following weekend, i brought them back to the dealer and had them perform and alighment. 2 hours wait time later and everything was in spec, and tracking correctly.
now if you are GUNNING the box every time you feel the pull, you could be experienceing tourq steer, but thats doubtfull but possible.
honestly if it were the roads, it would be an issue you were familiar with - having lived there for a while, lest you just moved there yesterday. i would go back to the dealer at once and have them check alighnment, or go to an alighnment shop and pay for an alighnment and know it was done correctly.
i have a big distrust for dealerships when it comes to warrenty work... most times i prefer to pay a 3rd party if i can afford it... if not, i usually inspect the install/fix as they complete the work..

Ah ok, would've been crazy if they never did. So you don't notice it all the time? I'm guessing not unless you don't drive your xB very much.

Do you have the stock 16's or did you get the TRD 19's or other wheels with directional tires?? When I had directional Zrated tires (KuhmoECSTA 711's/225/45/17's ) on my Maxima and they would pull or follow every grooves in the road (I live in Florida also). It was very annoying and I was never gonna push them to their limit so I switched to FUZION HRI'S 225/45/17's and have'nt had any problems since.

Mine pulls real bad to the right. I have had it aligned 4 times. It is completely in specs and it pulls. Noone seems to be able to figure it out. I am having some other issues with the xB and waiting to see what the engineers have to say about it.

I also have the same problem, my car pulls to the right, its not REALLY bad but it drifts to the right for sure.

I had it aligned and they said everything is good.

Mine's been drifting to the right lately as well. Guess I'll have to make a trip to the dealership.
