Work LeadSleds on 09 XB?

I will have adapters for it. But Will they fit? they are 16x7, also it has a 4 and 5 bolt pattern

if the 5 bolt is a 5x114.3 its gonna fit. if its 5x100, i hope you have a tC

I have a XB. the guy thats selling the work sleds has the adapters. I dont know to much about bolt patterns but. Will it work with the adapters?

I need to know the offset of the wheels, and the thickness of the adapters, to confirm if they will fit within the fenders. You also need to confirm that the adapters are for a hub with a 5x114.3 lug pattern.
