Default Would these work?

So i just got my wife an RS 7 and she hates the hubcaps but doesn't want to spend so much on wheels right now. So I decided to get her some Rotas.

Yeah I know! Rota? I know a guy at the distribution center so i can get them for a good price. Reeaaalllly good to be honest. So I'm planning on getting her the P-45r. She likes them so that's what shes going to get.

She wants the ride to be comfortable but look nice as well. It already comes with the TRD springs so I dont need to lower it. So what tire size can I get to keep it looking nice and not sacrifice the comfort. She did say she is willing to take some discomfort aslong as it looks
nice. Here goes a picture of what I'm planning to get.

Planning on 19 x 8.5 +25. Will it work?

Nope. Fronts wheels are going to poke out past the outer edge of the front fenders 1/2", and 19's won't allow enough room for a good stretch.

I know that's the only offset for the 19's, and the 18's only come in 18x9.5 size which is wider than you want.

Also, going from 16" wheels to 19" wheels will probably sacrifice more ride comfort than she wants. I would suggest something in the range of 18x8 or 18x8.5 with +35 to +40 offset.

How about the P45-F?

you could always get mb battles 18x9/18x9.5+30 all around.

p45f's look kinda ugly. much rather have something with a more concave look. but that's just me. mb battles are like $17x a wheel.

Thanks guys! I was also wondering if a 18x8 or 18x8.5 with +35 to +40 offset will give it a flush look along the fenders or will it tuck in? What size tires should go along to give it a nice look.

My wife said she's willing to give up the nice ride just along as it looks good. She wants nice fitting shoes to Mach the Murasaki paint job. Hehehe

The only reason I suggested the P45-F is because they're the only other Rotas I saw that are 5-spokes resembling the P45-R, and Rotas are where he has the price connection.

Give me another wheel choice, and I'll help you with the flush look.
18x8 +35 or 18x8.5 +40 would both sit back from dead flush up front about 1/8". On the TRD springs, I'd recommend 235/40-18 tires for both of these wheel specs.

that's pretty much why I want the rotas, is because of the price. The MBs are nice too though. I am willing to go enkei also.

With those tires and wheel combo, how much air space would there be between the tires and the fender? So will it be better that I don't sit dead flush just so that I don't have any rubbing?

Do you get a deal on them too? Here is a similar Enkei wheel, the EV5 in Hyper Black 18x7.5 +38 offset:

About 1/4" less than you do with the OEM tires.

If you sit dead flush, or poke a bit, you can always run stretched tires to avoid rubbing, but I'm personally not a fan of that look, or of leaving the wheel lips so exposed to pothole damage or curbage... the roads in Cali suck because our bankrupt state has no money for repairs.

18x8 +40 will put the outer wheel lips just over 1/4" back from the edge of the front fenders, and about 3/4" back from the edge of the rear. I'd go with 235/40-18 tires on the TRD drop with these spec wheels. After you see how you like the look, you can always add 10mm rear spacers later if you want to pull them out to match the fronts for flush.
