Happy New Year!

I went to start my car this morning and can't get it to crank. It was working fine last night. It doesn't appear to be a battery issue and is making some really strange sounds. I can almost get it to turn over and then it shuts off. Got an oil change about a week ago. It's right under 120K miles. Does anyone here know what might be happening or what I might be hearing in these two videos? I would love to get a sense of how big of an issue this is ($$ wise) before I pay to have it towed and checked out.

Did you check oil-level???

I never trust any oil-change places, not even dealership.
