Default Overhead Problem with 2009 xD..

Have a problem with my 2009 xD.Overheat light comes. Started with pin hole on radiator.

1) Replaced with new OEM one. Found low speed not working, relay 2 OK, replaced #1 relay.
Fix that. Then Light comes on 1st time. Changed both relays. No help

2) Here is the list of parts after changing this for the past month:
Qty 2 Thermostats
Qty 2 Temp sensors
Water pump
Cooling fan assy.

Run all wires on wiring chart. All good
Add water temp gauge. To see the temp to see what is going. I have the OEM service manual also.
OK doing 65 for 20 miles. But the temp runs up and turns on light. Gauge does not go above 220.
OEM say Normal Op os 178 to 221* f.

Any ideas?

Default Well still have the problem.items check and or replaced.

Well changed everything in the water cooling system at least ones. I revised every thing again no change it is worse now. So started over i get all oem partsthis time. All new in factory packages. Checked all wiring and control stysem. All within oem shop manuals. The last item was a radiator and added exterialtranny oil cooler and did not hook them into the radiator. To see it made any chance.no. i now thick it is inside the engine. Order a long block reman engine. It is coming. After i have it out and looked at i will update

I buy a remanfactured long block . I just finished the swap. It was the engine itself. All the other parts was not the problem.
