Throttle body

Hello guys I just clean my throttle body and I put everything back and now when I start it up the rpm high at number 2 and it would not go down I have a 2012 xD Scion can you guys help me please.

How did you clean it? And, are you throwing any codes? Did you put a new seal on it when you re-assembled it? Also, why did you clean it and why did you remove it??
