No, really. Just because it has the same "engine" does not mean it should be exactly the same in other ways. So it likely has a different transmission. The aerodynamics are obviously different... do I need to continue?

^^^ agreed. I think would be like the motors we have in our tC's. The block and what not came out of the Camry. The version that is in the tC puts out a bit more power. subtle changes they made to it has a direct affect on the power output.
