Default Will the Injen SP2104 CAI work on xD w auto trans?

I ask because I recently had to send back a Tekeda CAI that would not clear the shift linkage behind the bumper. Anyone using the Injen SP2104 CAI on an auto xD?

I'd like to use this one as it claims to have the biggest hp and torque gain... thoughts?

I don't have an auto, but you can see from this thread of the clearances. I don't see it being a problem because it doesn't bend as early as the Takeda. It mounts to the stock air box bolt, and bends between the headlight and the frame. It kinda sucks putting the filter on after you mount the piping (they suggest removing the bumper cover), but if you are as bull headed as I was. You can squeeze it through that little clearance. Hind sight it would have been easier to remove the bumper cover though. I also got the black one which I had fitting issues with MAF sensor I think because of the color coating. I had to dremel out the paint to pop in the maf, and cracked the seal of the MAF pushing it in before modifying it. After the mod it fit snugly. I think the SP2104p may be less involved (than the SP2104b). https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=167508

Hey, thanks so much, I really appreciate the info. And yeah, I know I may not feel much of a power gain but it'll sound great with my exhaust and hopefully all the little bits added together will equal more fun! Ordered it today via TRD Sparks... $259. Thanks again
