Right on then I just thought I read something about using the fuse box for power.

yah, my remote wire is ran to the add-a-line in the fuse box, thanks for that tip. picked up everything i needed for about 8$ at pep boys. (yay ez points) and wired it in no problem. I think im going to go ahead and get me a new box for my subs as well. something i can vent for that added deep sound.

What kind of subs do you have? I am currently running a JL W0v2 12" in a sealed box. I am thinking about going for a DC Audio level 2 12" sub and porting the box.

im just running 2 10" 1100w sony's. getting the jl10's i want is like the last upgrade on my mind, the sony's bump really well until then, and have great sound, as long as you run them on a mono amp..
