Just a quick update and solution for the annoying seat belt chime:
I ended up removing the rear center seat belt assembly altogether because it would no longer stay clipped in up top. I know the rest of you have that same problem. I just cut the whole fricken seat belt strap and everything off. How many times do you
actually have someone sittin b*tch in the back seat anyways? Then i used my bench grinder to shave off some of the metal from the rear seat belt clip because it's slightly bigger than the ones for the front seat. you only need to shave off an 1/8th in or so.

Now plug that sucker in and no more annoying chime!
