Angry interior lights into fuse box?

so i just got these lights that plug into ur cigarette lighter, and they have an on/off switch on the plug in....but it says i can "simply plug it into my fuse box. it can do this because before the wires get to the cigarette plug in, u can unplug it and u just have a two 'prong' female jack. however i have looked all over my engine and two interior fuse boxes, and there is no where i can plug it in that i can see ...any thing that can maybe steer mne in teh right direction, or tell me what to do will help! thanks

1) identify which prong is positive (+) and which is negative (-)
2) tie positive end into a fuse on one side of it (it's going to look like it won't hold well with the fuse, but it will)
3) take the negative end and connect it to any ground on your car (any screw that is metal ground on your car or battery negative end)
4) Enjoy lights.

Use an add-a-circuit to tie it into the fuse panel.
