I ordered one of those flip keys off of ebay and tried to install the remote chip into it but it unfortunately didn't fit. I was filing it down and I think I may have scratched something important because now it doesn't work anymore. I tried reprogramming the car to it and that did not work, so I ordered another key in hopes of that one working. My first search around it seemed that FCC ID HYQ12BBY would work so I ordered one of those. It arrived and same thing, does not want to program with my car. I had a spare remote and tried programming with that and it works just fine, so I doubt it's the car.

Long story short, I searched again and found a different part #M0ZB41TG that seems to be the actual one, but I wanted to make sure it's the correct one before I dish out another $40. Does anyone know what the correct part # for the xD's remote is? I have an 09 but it was made in Oct 08, if that helps any
