You sort of have to take the dash apart. Just start pulling on the trim pieces around the radio, remove some bolts

There is a thread around here with instructions on how to remove the dash pieces, known as the watefall.

Pull the BSP (Black around the radio and has clock built into it) straight away from the dash. Grab the part up towards the top, and just pull, it'll pop out. Then grab the bottom, and work that out and then unplug the connector from the clock. KEEP THIS CONNECTOR SEPARATE, IT WILL FIT INTO THE RADIO AND BLOW YOUR ACCESSORY FUSE. (15 amp blue fuse under the hood if you do happen to mess it up, not a big deal just a PITA). Self explanatory from there.

Easiest way is to just get a adapter cable from "headphone jack" (AUX plug) size to "RCA". Those converters should run only about $10. The wiring in the back of the unit starts to get a little funky if you're trying to go direct.
