My wife and I picked up her new xD yesterday (see: Bad Experience/Nice Car). We've already noticed a dozen xBs and two or three xAs circling and giving us the once-over. Am wondering what they think.

 

Yea I wonder what those drivers think too. I've had a few people pace me on the road to get a better look at the car.

If I were you I would go get your windows tinted. It's soo much nicer with tint than without it.

 

I got my xD a week ago Saturday and nobody noticed except a couple of Scion owners. I don't think most people even know it's a Scion. I was hoping for all the gawking my husband got when he first got his xB (one of the first where we live).

 

That's pretty much my experience, too. After six days, we've noticed that all the Scion owners want to see it, and the neighbors, but it doesn't attract much attention from others.

 

Yup, no "looks" here, either, but I only put 1100 miles on the car in a month, with 600 in one weekend, so we'll see how it goes when it gets back to normal driving cycle.

 

I've gotten a lot of "gawkers," I've been driving a lot though, I think I have 1100 miles on it over 3 weeks, and in more than one state. But yeah it's making me think about doing some tinting!

 

of course I'm a "Gawker"...Seeing as You guys are the "new kids"...I am already window shopping....The xD is very cool! I can't wait to see what comes out aftermarket for it....there are already lots of TRD things showing up at ssuperstore.com

 

<-- Saw one the other day. I like it. I actually spoke to the guy and he seems pretty nice. Compared to the first time I saw an xB2 and talked to the guy. He was such a douche!! xD owners seems to be nicer.. So far..

I like the look especially the front end of the car. It's like an xA on roids! I know not to compare it to the xA because it's a xB1 replacement.

 

I thought it was replacing the xA and xB2 was replacing xB1.
