i'm not 16 quite yet, but i was considering buying the new xd for my first car considering it has decent gas mileage and it can be pretty well customized, something that i'm interested in.

I was just wondering how it drives? and what are some ups & downs to the car that may not be realized from online pictures and specs.
I believe I'm going to look at them this weekend.

 

I have test driven the new xd and lets i love it the only real thing i didnt like was the rear seats but, im always driving so it doesn't matter. But i like it.

 

I've had one for almost a week. The car does well what it's supposed to do for a good price. Not sure if buying a new car for a 16-year old is a good idea in general, but these are different times now, so who knows.

I test drove the only one my dealer had in stock a couple days ago. Really fun car! When I was 16 I got a hand-me-down rusty 1994 Chevy Corsica. I don't know if I even would've trusted myself with a new car with so much inexperience behind the wheel. Now my parents trust me a little bit more and are hopefully gonna help me buy a new xD!

 

Everyone drives differently..But I love it..On the other hand I would rather make my mistakes ain a cheap used car (i got my license at 16 too),I got in one accident ( 1 yr later) and no tickets since then..
