customxbguages.. anyone hear from them??
Hey guys.. just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting in touch with someone from customxbguages. I placed an order (my 2nd) in August, and still haven't received the items, or any type of communication from them. Should I just get my money back?
I've sent emails on the website, I've called the contact number, and I've even gone as far as sending PMs on this forum and another after researching that someone else had this problem. I figured it wouldn't be a problem ordering from this site, since I had no problems with my first order. So, it seems this is uncharacteristic, but I'm a little concerned. Anyone know what's going on?

As far as customer service goes... nothing was done or even offered to attempt to make up for the situation. No partial refund.. no offer to send something else in addition... NOTHING! Wow.. 3 months?? really? They didn't even apologize for the mix-up.
Go figure... same thing I purchased! I ordered mine 8/24/2010. I sent a final email today, because I really want the emblems and finally got a call back. I'm not kidding you.. I've stalked these people, and was beginning to think they went out of business or something.

Ugh looks like I am going to have to program them into my cell phone and call them every chance I get.

Finally got these in the mail yesterday! I'm so excited to get them on the car, but will be out of town this weekend, I'll have to see if I can find some time to get these on during the holidays to post a pic.
They did send a free gauge for the time I had to wait, and I can't wait to get that in either.

I'll be quite honest. I got tired of waiting weeks for my black emblems...so I took the factory ones off and got some spray paint from Wal-Mart and gave them a coat or two...let them sit over night...and they look WAY better than the ones ordered...

Hey guys....my wife ordered me a full set of Deviant Gauges for Christmas. She ordered them and they were delivered in a week. No problems what so ever. Sorry to hear that some of you are having issues.
I think it depends on the product you order. Unfortunately I wanted the one thing they were out of, and had to wait for them to pour more.
