How do I put pics up? All the upload images button are unclickable.

 

You need to upload your images to a site like photobucket, etc. Then you post a LINK to the location of your image. Hosting pictures etc takes a lot of space and bandwidth so many sites accept only links to a picture. Altho it is possible to include a picture, but the picture has to be quite small.
