I am from honduras, and I bought a Scion XD 08, but it have a key. I want to buy another key and remote control.

do you know how it can be configurated or encode, (new control from Ebay)

First off, welcome. Second, the process is much to indepth to write it up. I haven't seen a write-up come across here before but we certainly should have it. It's a long process of putting the key in the ignition and removing it and opening and closing doors. It will take you forever to get it just right and will leave you unsuccessful for the most part. Do you have a Toyota dealership by you? They should be able to do it for very cheap for you and it won't take them long since they've done it a million times.
