Tapping into the dome light?

So I want to replace the four "oh ____" handles in my xD with some LED tubes I ordered, but I wanted to know if anyone has tapped into the dome light for power? And does anyone know what each of the color wires are for? Theres a light pink wire, baby blue wire and a white wire with a black stripe on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

theres a write up using the tc dome light for a radra a valtine v1 or soemthing might be of some help if u search for install valentine

^she has a xD which is different than the tC, get a test light if you have one and check out each wire which is the only way you'll be able to figure out which wire is for what.

I think the white/black wire is the ground, the blue is constant power, and the pink is variable power/dimmer...

This, sort of. The pink wire goes to the ECU and is the "door open ground" when you put the selector to turn on when a door opens. Also, I just wanted to specify, it is a ground wire.

Yeah... and blue is constant 12v+ as DeathMachine mentioned.

Okay so I think I got it.... blue would be my power and pink would be my ground which will also let my lights dim when the door opens/closes. Correct?
