Trade-in Request

I received a letter from a dealership where I had looked at an xD and they were wanting me to trade in the xD and give me credit for another Toyota vehicle because there is such a demand for the xD here in Kentucky. Thought that was pretty crazy. I've never heard of a dealership doing something like that...

it is a lie, they just want to sell you a new car, dealerships have been doing this forever and ever. just ignore it.

Yea, ignore this trash... I receive tons of these "Trade in your 4Runner/Solara/etc for a new Toyota @ NAME OF DEALER"... horrible stuff.

There are legit ones from Toyota that say "Trade in for the new generation of this car" though... so I did get a Solara upgrade one from Toyota Corp when the new 04 body style came out.
