Default xD serpentine belt after U-Pulley

Hey did any one on here have to change the size of there serpentine belt after installing the NST U-Pulley. i have had mine on for a couple months now and the stock belt seems ok but i had to tighten the tension bolt on the alternator almost all the way and i have a feeling thats not gonna last long with belt wear. any suggestions for a good belt size to bring this back to normal?

Simply inspect your belt for signs of normal wear and tear, and replace if necessary with a new OEM belt. Belts are wear and tear items and are not meant to last more than 40K miles.

Good luck and have fun with all your projects!

What does the U-pulley manufacturer recommend?
If its loose its going to wear fast.. I would get the specs on the stock belt and size it to the next smaller size..

I was thinking the same thing. I have the NST Pulley and am almost all the way out on the adjustment so I may be looking at changing mine soon.
