How'd it go?
The stock bridgestones were pretty bad on snow, but I only replaced them with better all-seasons (Hankook Optimo 727's), not even snow tires, and it pulls like a champ.
The limit seems to be about 7" of standing snow on the road. Less than that, and you're good. Approach that and you'll fishtail but keep some momentum and you'll get through. Any more than that and the front clip and plastic belly pan pack too much snow under the car. If you're in the mountains you might want snow tires or chains, but in the north midwest I never bother.
Also, these cars like to store snow in the strangest places. It'll collect in the wheel wells, of course, but it will also collect inside the back bumper and may collect over the plastic belly pan. Doesn't really hurt anything, but I like to knock it loose after driving in bad snowstorms.
