Question Tire/rim size and drop question.

heres my question, how do you think a set of 17x7 would look under a 2 inch drop, do you forsee any problems with a set up like that? im not wanting to go to big or wide, even though it looks great. Just trying to fit a set of rims/tires that is comfortable for the car and still hase a good look.
I was thinking something like this:

Any suggestions??

Edit 1: I posted this here because i wanted to make sure there would be no problems with fitting after a 2 inch drop. Im planning on doing a 2 inch drop with either Teins Stech Lowering springs or Tanabe DF210's.

Which is recommended? im thinking about the teins, its a valuable name, and ive heard alot of good things for most vehicles they are used on.

you should be fine alot of us are running 18 inch rims i believe yelosub has 18's with the df210's not sure if he was rubbing or not and im on 18's with the trd springs and i dont rub at all so with 17's i dont think you will have any problems

I ran a first gen xB on 18's for 4 years with Df210s, and never had a single rubbing issue...scraping your front lip on alot of things is another story, though.

You will fine with a 17x7 inch rim as long as the offset is correct...But most of the 17's you will be looking at should fall in the right guidelines...

Check out this company for rims...They are awesome! http://www.jlbmotorsports.com/rims.html
