sportmax 501's on stock tires?

Default sportmax 501's on stock tires?

i searched and couldent find a pic of stock tires on 501 15x8's, i looking to buy the 501's but wanna see what the 185/60/15's look like on the wheels

I do not believe you want to put the stock 185's on an 8 inch width rim. The stock rim is 6" and that would stretch it out quite a bit.

I just installed 15X6.5's on my stock tires because it was suggested to me that 1/2 inch either way from stock would be safe. Anything more would not.

I'm sure others will chime in too, but that's my opinion.

I have a 205/40/16 on my 16x8 rims and there is a bit of a stretch there, you might get away with a 195, but not a 185.

im riding on my friends 501's right now and the tire size is 195/50/15 and its a stretch, but i read that people were putting the 185/60 on a sportmax 002 15x8 so i wanted to see a 185/60 on a 501, ive used a tire calculator and theres a inch difference height wise

Well, I see dude's picture of the stock tires on 8" rims, but that wouldn't be my preference. You can always stretch "things" too far and exceed practical limits. To me, that exceeds it.

Just one mans opinion. Other's may vary! :-)

thanks man, cause im running the TRD springs so i know rubbing wont be an issue but i just wanted to see the stock tire on the sportmax's
