Default 15" tire size question

I have a quick question about a new set of wheels and tires I'm getting.

The wheels are 15x7. Will I be able to put a 225/50/15 tire on this wheel or is that too wide for the rim? I just want to make sure of it before I hit the order button.
I have one more little question before I order too. This may be harder to answer. The offset when all said and done, should be at 20 mm in the back. It should line up flush with the back I'm hoping. But will the tire be too big and rub on the fender wells and force me to do some trimming?

Any help and light you can shed on this would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Scott

I believe they will fit. I think the wheel width range for 225 tires is 6" to 7.5"...

Thanks Miko. Is anyone on 225 tires here ? even 18" would help me out to know if I had to trim them up!
