rubber thing not pointing out
will anything bad happen if those things arent pointing out? ill probly reinstall it correctly tomorrow because i get something like a lil rubbing noise when i make slow turns and its annoying the hell out of me. i have trd springs on my car just in case some of you wanted to know.
i know its not the tires..i forgot the tire size but off the top of my head they are 215/35/18, cv boots are a-okay. i probly have to redo my spring install just to make sure they are seated correctly...mainly the front left one. i know i definitely didnt have those rubber things pointing out
i have those in...but that thing isnt pointing in the "OUT" direction...does that matter any? i get off work/duty in a couple hours...and i check everything out then. if pointing out doesnt matter, maybe the strut nut needs to be tightened or something.
If "out" points in I think you should heed the "out" directive and make it right asap.
(but I don't know this stuff, except to know that lables like that are basic and usually -very important- to assembly safety or function.

i pointed everything in the right direction today and everything is nice and good...no more rubbing. it looked like the spring was rubbing against the body inside the wheelwell. while i was at it, i installed my K&N typhoon intake system since it was a lot easier to do without the strut bar on.
