Default Im a retard....can i fix these bad boys?

Okay so i just got some TRD 18"s and i was driving on ventura bvld this morning making a right turn and i was like hey " i just got some racing rims...lets test these fools out" so long story short i knick the curb barley....just barley.... and there is a 3" small gash of scratches on the outmost loop of the rim. They arent that bad and cant be seen from 4 feet away, BUT is there a way that i can sand them out or get rid of the scratch, like paint or something else? Murpheys law of course that i only have the rims for 1 day. and this was my first accident, boo boo, or ticket, or what ever u want to call it ever...so i was a good driver until this morning.

"i knick the curb barley" That has a good ring to it. Now we just to find a slang meaning.

(trust me, I'm not picking on spelling or anything, people that know me on this forum know I can't spell for crud).

maybe, "I nip the curb barley" <-- for us drunken ones
