To revive this old thread, I did this mod today in about five minutes with great results! I went with the popular WLED 6-LED bulbs in white for the map lights, and the same model in blue for the door light. I also got the 3022-x4 Festoon LED in blue for the back, except for some reason it's white! It came in a sealed bag marked "Blue" and the receipt says "Blue," but the actual LED is white, which is odd. I'm going to contact superbrightleds.com and see what can be done.

Overall, however, the total for the bulbs was $18.86 ($5 is shipping) and the lights look amazing!

 

i fu**ed up when i put them on, i accidentally pushed the black thing then it went inside now i cant put it back it, then got worse it went more inside it went overnow its prolly hiding ontop of the sunroof controls, is there anything i cud do about that???like anybody sellingthat black thing or socket???

NOT AGAIN..... there's already a "HOW TO.." on changing out domelights...... you'd figure people would wonder why one was made in the first place...

hey i juss did my underdas cathodes....since i couldnt figure out how to plug them to a fuse....wat i did was cut the mini bulb that lites up my gears and plug the wires that powered that bulb to the + - wires that power my cathodes.... i did this because i have no use for that light since i did a boot conversion on my automatic......thing is now my cigarrete lighter dont work..... i didnt touch the cg lighter wire at all.....kindda weird....all in all the cathodes came out nice and they only turn on when i turn on my interior lights....lol

 

I just install the LEDs after receiving them earlier today. Went with the blue & white. It looks sweeeeeeeet Took 20 minutes for front and rear. 15 minutes for the trunk and roughly 25 minutes for cubby one. Total of 1hour. Not bad considerring I have never work on my car before. Thanks so much for the detail instructions OP.

Check the fuse for the cig lighter, it might be blown out for some reason. The fuse box is on the driver side underneath the knee airbag

 

how long does it take for the leds to ship? i ordered them saturday night. about what day should i expect them?

 

If it's Superbrightleds, I bought mine the night of the first and received them the tenth.

ok i need help....i got my UV leds today so i install the front no problem they light up perfect....then i go to the back i get the bulb out and had a hard time gettin the led in....eventhough it wasnt fully in it still lit up....i took it out but then when i finally got it in place none of my domes would lite up.....nor front or back....wats going on did i blow a fuse???...if i did which is the fuse for the domes??
