For switching the domes I pulled the whole console out with a friend who helped me install them.

Default Adding additional LEDs?

So I have done this mod and am very happy with it. I also put in some 12" LED strips under the dash and in front of the rear seat that are currently turned on and off by a switch. My question is does anyone know what I would need to do to wire them into the dome light circuit so that they will come on when the doors are unlocked/opened. I tried to just splice them right into the dome light and that did not work, it seems the switch 2 the door that turns the light on when it is opened is on the ground side of the circuit. Plus it seemed like it was too much of a load because all I could get was one of the dome lights to bearly light. I am not great when it comes to the electrical side of things so if their is someone out their that knows about this I would greatly appreciate any help, even if it's just to tell me it's not possible or at least not worth the trouble. I can live with them being on switches I just think it would be awesome if they would all come on together like you see in this pic.

Also I want to thank all the people who post their knowledge up here for anyone who wants it, that's what this lifestyle is about I think. Anyways thanks to everyone out there.
