Chad, I have questions about the light protection kits available for the xB (since I want breakage protection, not color).

(1) How thick is the 'film?'
(2) What does the "Light Protection Kit for Scion xB, Head Light Protection Kit and turn Signal Kit" cover that the "Light Protection Film for 2004 - 2005 Scion xB - Headlight Kit" doesn't, since it is all one plastic lens?
(3) Is it urethane or vinyl?

Thanks!

It is 20 mil,

The headlight kit is just that. Then there is a headlight and fog light kit.

High impact resistant vinyl. Urethane only goes to 14 mil.

yes it protects against bugs as well, if you wash your car regularly (i wash mine weekly) then yes it's also easier to clean your headlights. as far as safety they're completely safe but note that your light output with the stock light bulbs is cut alot if you get the smoke. i'm put luminics in this week so i'll be posting up comparsion of the smoke in different light output.
