Scion Life - Gear Suggestion!
#46
When you said banner, I immediately thought of those vinyl banners with the brass grommets. I would love to hang a 2' x 4' banner of Scion Life in my garage. Local car clubs could get them too and display them proudly on their pop-shade tents. I'm already looking for a Scion one and an SL one to match would be sweet! Hmm...
SL Wristbands would be cool too.

I like the idea of the iron-on ScionLife logo. I also like the idea of the banner... but I think that we would sell so few that it wouldn't be worth it... it would be better just to let people make them on their own at a vinyl store, etc.
You have to remember that for every item we sell in the Gear section we have to buy inventory. Keychains? 500 at a time. Same thing with lanyards, stickers, license plate frames, etc. Tee shirts? I have BOXES of tees stacked in my hallway. Each new item is a pretty big investment for me, and they never sell as quickly as I think they will.
Realistically we are looking at doing a ScionLife polo and hoody, probably in grey or black (or both). I like the iron-on, too, so maybe we will do that.

<=== doesn't wear ball caps, doesn't wear white T-shirts, detests hoodies, doesn't use license plate frames, etc.
A part of the idea with the iron-ons was to save on inventory stacking up in your garage.
If someone wants the ScionLife logo on the front (or back) of a blue or green, or black, or tan, or red, or orange, or tie-dyed, or whatever T-shirt or sweatshirt, they can just go out and buy whatever shirt suits their fancy, buy an iron-on ScionLife logo, and put the two together, all without you getting stuck with 300 shirts in the wrong size and color. (I'm not saying it would work, just that it is something to think about.)

I dunno about other people, OldYeller, but I've had good luck with 'em. It's just like anything else - some people can do it, some had best leave it to professionals - that even includes changing oil.
(Some of the "iron-on" stuff really isn't - it is intended for the commrcial heat presses used in the t-shirt shops, only. Those might be more difficult for folks to do right."
That's why I suggest thinking about it rather than just jumping in and THEN finding out one can't swim...

I love the iron-on idea...
Can we get iron-ons of the "Signalxb" t-shirt designs too? Not just the Scionlife logo.

The iron-on is a great idea. I'm usually wearing a plain white tee, so a stack of iron-on SL logos would liven up that 50 count roll of white tees I got at CostCo.
