i sent this guy some used tein s-techs 3+ weeks ago after we came to the agreement he install them and send me his trd ones ("which were on his car at the time") in return. when we first started talking and giving each other our information he was quick with responses and i got them shipped out very quickly. he received them within 3 days and said he would be installing them that weekend. mondya came and he said he didn't have a chance to get to it but he would be starting the next day. everyday that week he said it rained so he couldn't get to it. finally he said he got them installed and the springs would be shipped out the next day. since then it has been hard to get any response from him on an update. three days ago he said he would be going in to the shop in the morning to get the tein springs checked out because he thought there was an issue and he said he'd update me with a tracking # once he got back from the shop. i have yet to hear anything from him and i have even messaged him on AIM and no response. he signed on to SL today so it's not like he isn't getting my messages. hopefully this all clears up. i'll keep you posted. until then stay away from this kid.

 

i have yet to hear anything from him. i'll take it as a loss. stealing car parts is cool.

if anyone sees a flina mica tc spec slammed to the ground in ny, be sure to off him. i'll pay you later.

 

that sucks. my last 2 buying experiences on here have been far less than stellar. i have no idea what the hell is wrong with people. hope everything works out for ya

 

Note to people. Reputation can make or break things. No or horrible reputation (ledmods.net anyone?) should tell you to steer clear of the person.

 

We have an issue with him as well, 5 weeks pending...

LMAO @ MCD... I sent the springs and have a tracking number to prove, he received them a while ago. If anyone wants to go look on YourSciontc.com forums in the For Sale section a user by the name 'mcd' is selling used white TRD springs (MY SPRINGS!!!!!)

Also when we began this deal I sent him $50 via PayPal for the s-techs.. he said when he received the TRD springs he would refund the $50.. he hasnt refunded me the money.. WHAT A SCAMMER!

btw im not having a good experiance with recliner15 either, i baught an OEM lower grill from him about 2.5 weeks ago (somethin like that) i messaged him 5 days after payment to see why i havent recieved it yet, he said he didnt know why i dont have it yet and that i should have it soon, so i asked him for a confirmation number/tracking number, and got no response, i messaged him 3 days later and asked him what was up and why i didnt have it, he said he had another lying around and he would send it out to me the next day, anohter week later i cant even get a reply from him. it was only 30 bucks but still this is not a good way to get business here, especially when people are having worse and worse luck on scionlife. this is getting pretty f*cking rediculous.

 

Don't buy stuff from fellow scionlifers whose butts you can't find and kick in real life. Or who live so far away that doing so would be burdensome to you.

thats good to know he said his wife shipped out the D2 on friday 2-3 day shipping so i should either see it today or tomorrow
