I wanna get a shorter antenna, I see them on other tc's and i like the look of them. But Im a little skeptical about the pictures they use to sell them. I was wondering if anyone had any pics of theirs and what type of antenna was it. There seem to be a lot of types to choose from. Also wondered if it affected the radio signals, like does the reception get worse or is it pretty much the same.

-Yeah I know I sound like a noob, but I don't wanna spend like 15 bucks on something Im not completely satisfied with, any help would be apperciated!

 

go to your local Honda dealer and buy an s2000 (s2k) antenna for around $20.

i went to the dealer and they wanted 28$+ tax! lol which probably comes out to around 30$...worth it? NO!

-called up the local honda dealer, its 32 and some change, so about 35-38 or so......

-i kinda of hesitated, but tomorrow for sure since i got my stimulus check.

i hated the s2000 ones as they were still too big, so i bought one that was supposed to be for an evo and it works just fine and is maybe 3" tall and cost like $5

Well, IMO i would think so, you would just have a little nub thing sticking out, then it just looks like an eye sore. But its up to you, I have seen some TC's with out the antenna. Gluck on which ever style you choose buddy.

 

s2k is worth the money, none of the other antennas will get anywhere near the reception the s2k antenna gets.
