I have a 2010 xb and i am going to be getting my first oil change at 5,000 miles. I have be thinking of buying some amsoil or royal purple to run in my car or should i wait till i get more miles to change to that oil. Also what weight oil r u guys running, 0w20 or 5w20?

 

you can change to the synthetics at 5k, and currently im running 0w20 right now as per the manual but i may switch to 5w20

 

i'd suggest 5w20 unless it's freezing cold/snowing where you are... but it won't hurt if you use 0w20..
