how do i take out the licence plate lights?

how do i take out the licence plate lights?

im tr ying to twist it... but i cant get to it. do you just pull it out? or twist lock like everything else....

also wondering if 7443 bulbs can fit into a 7440.

twist lock it, and yes, 7443 will fit for 7440. OH , and never use your bare hands when touching a bulb.....EVER!!!

i twisted with some pliers...its a lil hard to take them out with just your fingers

just remember that u have to twist it Counter Clockwise.

they are kinda a pain in the rear to get out...i had mine out the other day when i was shavign my emblem back there..you gotta twist pretty darn hard.

I had a hell of a time installing my LEDs into my Lisense plate lights. I just use the 168/194 LED bulbs. Looks pretty hot. If you take a picture of it, it looks really blue but in person looks bluish white.
