i finally picked up my tC .. after the weeks of drama, with the dealer n insurance my baby is home with me ! been so busy today tom i can rest n spend quality time with my baby ..

Congrats!!! Remember babies need alot of TLC and nurturing when they are young.

 

when i left the dealer it had 15 miles on it, when i came back home it was at 70 hehehe. i just have a question or two from fellow tC owners,

when you got the car, did you have someone go over the specs and details of your car? im talking about the more indepth features not your openin trunk or hood ? ive been to the dealer so many times that they just gave me the keys . i have to go back n get paper work that was missing n to get reimburst for gas cuz they gave me a $25 gas card that had no money on it (no biggie)!

as of now im learning the lil quirks of the car both good n bad
pro
1. the interior lights, esp when you move from cold to hot, the color shifts from blue to orane, the light underneath theradio in that lil compartment, nice touch
cons
1. cheap cover i think it really will break eventually
2. a song i liked played on the radio n so i pumped the volume to 40 and the driver side outside mirror was shaking too, i thought i was in an earthquake or something
3. theres a KNOCKING SOUND, everytime i make a tight left or right turn, i know i read about this somewhere before, i hope its just something in the truink making that noise, any help ?

 

I've had my BCP auto for a month, and am just realizing that sound, but it has been commented on here numerous times, think it's the panoramic mooonroof (not sure, correct if I'm wrong please)!!! This car does have some "cheap spots", like the moonroof shades and the sun visor "mirror things", but it's too fun of a car with "decent" speed and Toyota reliability to "hate" on. Enjoy your car dude!!!

 

to me it doesnt sound like its coming from the roof ... but i dunno .. i have the radio on n i can hear it ..

btw.. a/c works wonderful... esp in this humid weather in the northeast, i had it only on 1 fan on face n feet n it was very comfty ride
