I think the only thing they've put around the 'ring is the Apollo Hybrid, which did a 9:24... even though it was a 24-hour endurance race, so setting a super record quickest fast time wasn't the best idea.

New update, the ZR-1 shaved 4 seconds off it's time, giving it a 7.22.4 (0.3 seconds behind the Viper ACR).
