Looks like fun man. I dunno if you can 3Wheel an xA without bags tho, they are really short. and just point it out, in that pic you're almost on 2 wheels.
BTW. xA + race tires = huge fun.
We tossed some Kumho race tires on a bone stock xA about 2 years ago and paxed 1st. And I have to say I think it was more fun than the tC.
That car can dance with the right set of tires. Not sure about 3wheeling but it was a blast to drive.

Maybe 30-45 mph. With those tires the car will pull 1g or better in the turns.

A different roof would put me in one of the modified classes that I wouldn't stand a chance in.

Based on my research, for the tC to be competitive on a national level HS is about it. If you start doing a lot of modifications you will bump yourself into a class that the tC can't be competitive in on a national level.
What I mean by "national level" is taking the car to the national championship event in Topeka or on the national tour. It does not mean that you can't have some success on a local or regional level with a modified tC,xA, or xB. However, as the level compitition increases the Scions have a better chance in stock form.

The tC can autox and win, don't let anybody tell you other wise. I'll be taking it to Topeka for the 2007 Solo Nationals next year to see what I can do against the best of the best.
BTW Scion will pay $1000 for any Scion that comes in 1st in its class at Nationals. Anybody want to join me? I'll share my setup to help you out.

I chose STS because I wanted to be able to slap a few mods on the car,... and I figure I can make up the .017 second multiple pretty quick with suspension work and growing some ********* when it comes to turning
. It's just very expensive for the modded guys.. You pretty much have to max out the mods in a particular class to be REALLY competitive in that group... The stock classes are definitley the easiest to do this, but hey, nothing wrong with that.
I just love people bringing heavily modded V8's and literally falling off the track because they can't keep the power in check.
The nationals thing is a tempting offer, but I don't think the TC is the car to use to win STS... and that's the class i'm sorta building for... I don't need to win them all, I just want to kick enough ___ to drive home happy.
Here's the results of the last one, sorted by raw time... I cut out the top and bottom.... but just to give you an idea of what kind of cars the tC can hang with.
I have I/Spipe/E... 18's and TERRIBLE tires... as in ... "triangle talon"... chinese POS's... stock suspension.

Exceot that one^
I've had the *thrill* of racing a cart indoors. Those things are freakin fast, and nimble. The hardest part is getting over the fact that the fuel tank is strapped to the other side of the headrest, and the fuel line is running down the outside of your leg.
