Dear svt,
It very difficult to respond to you in as much as you must find it nearly impossible to string an intelligible thought togethter. Moreover, it really isnt sporting of me to engage you in a battle of wits as that would be analagous to me dueling with an unarmed man. Therefore, I will close by saying that for someone who has an extra 21st chromosome, you do communicate quite well!

And the big boys will say the same about racing ANY street car... on and on. And seeing as how there are already a couple of tCs in the 12s (and still street legal), I wouldnt laugh at it too much.

I think your right, without you on here, this site will never be the same and will be doomed. We probably couldn't last more than a month without you.

A manual Mustang can take my 115 hp Sunfire no comp. It was a 2003. It was a good 4 cars length ahead. I'd say the tC should keep up, but not pass.

P.S. This was a friendly race between me and my friend. So it's not some stranger who didn't know they were racing me. lol

ok, well i raced my friends 02 mustang auto, in my manual tc(wr intake injen exhaust). from a stop 3 times. First two runs, i was alone, and he had a friend of ours with him who weighs about 150 lbs. First two runs, i get in front on the launch, pull on him until about 5k in 3rd, then very very slowly continued to pull , we went to about 90-95 and i was close to a car length in front of him (myself and the driver of the stang agreed it was about a car length). 3rd race, our friend hopped in with me. I took him on the launch by very little, in the middle of 3rd, we were dead even and stayed even till about 100-105. Until then I had no idea how much difference 150lbs can make.

well its obvious the police dont have to obey the speed limit. i mean everyone knows each other (friends) to begin with. even the police back each other out in court, so if there were 2 cop witnesses and your the only there, you know your ___ is gonna lose...

by the way, its possible to beat the 210hp mustang.... pending on driver... if you say it hit around the 7's then it depends on the driver.

you know what would be funny? if theres an undercover cop driving a corvette (whatever) racing some sporty car just to pull them over for racing... LOL! so like your at a traffic light and raced from dead stop, after goin well over the speed limit just slow down and turn the light up an pull him over LOL!!! whats worst is if that dude beats you and you pulled him over just because of that lol man thats so messed up....

For what it's worth,

With regard to V6 Mustangs, a bone stock '05 AUTO has gone 15.0, and the manuals should be capable of high 14's stock. Also, 99-04 Manuals are capable of low - mid 15's stock. On the other hand, AUTO 99-04's generally run low 16's.

Now, those times certainly aren't average, but it gives you an idea of what they can do.

omg, last night, me and this guy in his mustang pulled up at a red light, when it turned green, both of us floored our cars. the wheels were spinning then the cars darted off. my car was going the same speed as the mustang, then i noticed that i was slowly beating him. after that, *sighs* i heard a noise coming from his car that sounded like nos. it made a loud TSSSST noise. and his car zoomed me. i guess he couldnt take the pressure of being beat by a tc. i only have a injen cai in my car. and his mustang looked like it was 99 or 00. i started laughing at the end but w/e. i had fun.

lol today i called my friend up, i wanted to race his infiniti q45 v8 two hundred and eighty something horsepower, so we did six runs. i obviously knew i was gonna lose but on every single run, in first gear, me and him were the same speed. i was impressed, and so was he.

i love the scion tc
