exactly. so todd, please elaborate instead of just saying "i'm tired of the BS" and leaving us to figure out the rest on our own

I had a bad experience with them, got either some BS excuse or completely ignored. There customer service is non existant and to be honest they don't really care.

I referred business to this company, stood up for them, and even defended some of there problems and I completey regret it.

But what can you do? We all learn the hard way.

To each is own where you buy your parts from.........

Just make sure the company you give your money to appreciates it.

See you can say things like this, but if I came out and said...

ZPI sucks cause they took my money 7 weeks ago, couldn't deliver the parts they said they had in stock, asked me If I wanted my money back, said it would happen that day, then the day after, then blamed it on the processor, then blamed it on it needs Kenny's approval and and still won't give me my money back..

How is that going to go over????....

Lets count how long this thread last now........

not necessarily defending them.. i use one of their kits, didnt buy it from them, no problems... did buy a WG spring and gasket and a couple other things from them... every time my part arrived the day before they said it would, like 2-3 days if i remember correctly... maybe im just lucky :?

I'll chime and say that companies do like to form partnerships for the greater good of the community and product development. Why smash heads trying to work against eachother when you can learn from other companies and work together to acheive a common goal.

Some companies are embracing this well, and the community reaps the benefits. Others decide money is more important without focusing on long term goals and results.

For the record, I'm not accusing ZPI of this. I'm simply stating it vaguely because that's how the aftermarket is. Please don't take this thread personal to any company.

Obviously the dividends are great, which can been seen by 318s setup combo of TurboToyotas, Dezod and T1 putting down those great numbers. And we, the consumers, benefit.

Exaaactly. When 318 told us of the deal he'd get form TT for his manifold and downpipe, Paul suggested to just take up the deal. We knew we didn't have the manifold and downpipe he was looking for (YET) and did not want to limit him from the potential his cas has.

I've personally visited the guys over at TT and they helped me weld my exhaust (some minor repairs to the rear section). They're a nice group of guys and I feel we both have a common respect for eachother.

The Scion community will see more great things soon. 2007 will be one of the biggest year for the tC since all the turbo kits coming out in early 05.

Haha... Yeah you got me. I moved here before I knew they existed lol. Meeting some companies here though was definately a goal of mine.

I'll leave as this. I too have a good amount of respect for Todd and his company. I know Jeremy (the owner of their test tC) and he's a good guy as well. I have nothing against TT and my experience on SL has been great here.

The crowd in general on SL is slowly maturing which is awesome. People are getting smarter. There are times where people state incorrect of misleading information, which is when Paul, myself, and Todd step in to help educate.
