Todd and Joe are obviously steps ahead of Kenny in the customer satisfaction field!! I've never talked to Joe personally, but i've read some comments, and he's posted on a thread of my fiance's and i respect him trying to help with problems/issues that he doesn't have to, and just giving input to help others out.

I have personally talked to Todd, and bought a manifold from him. He is ALWAYS quick to email me back, and answer ANY questions i have. I have asked questions about Jeff's car (318-tc) and Todd gets right back to me!

I have experience with ZPI as well... I'm still waiting on parts that i bought in April, and they have THOUSANDS of dollars of my money and i can"t seem to get a hold of Kenny!

i'm not going to go into a ZPI bash.. its a waste of time. but i will say that customer relations/service is a HUGE part of keeping a business alive!!!!!!!!!!!

If there was a tone there Travis it was not intentional, so please don't take it personal.

I don't think we will here from Kenny on this one, he knows how I feel and so do the rest of the people I talked to there. Plus it could get ugly if we did, probably not in his best interests.

Unfortunate, but it happens. Which is the whole point, it shouldn't and I don't want it to happen to anyone else.

Ok, no biggie man. I understand you are just frustrated. However, it has come to my understanding that your money was refunded and that you are actually waiting for the Credit card to actually show the transaction. Not waiting for the transaction from ZPI. They sometimes bite off a lot, and try to do a lot at one time, and not everything goes smoothly. They have like 10+ cars within the shop as well has trying to satisfy internet customers. I can't say what decisions get made or what not. But it's unfortunate that things go sour with some people.

Remember how I tried to tell you and AJ that you guys don't know me, when AJ was spouting all that stuff about my relationship with ZPI. I wasn't joking.

They did not refund my money Travis.

So whoever you talked to is blowing smoke up your #$@.

Even if that were true, its ok to take 5 weeks to give someone there money back?(I ordered the parts over 7 weeks ago, just giving them some benefit of the doubt)

I got it refunded the worse way possible.....at least in my eyes. I handled it through my cc services.

As long as they take care of you Travis They loose you and man you'll never here the end of it.

Todd

I think you missed the point Brett. Point is, I don't have to answer your question. Todd, stay cool bro. Keep up the good work. Wish much success and love.

i would just like to know why somone with absolutely no involvement in this situation, can get more iformation about the status of todd's money, than todd himself?

Travis if what you wrote is true and someone there actually told you about my situation and told you my money was refunded........

proves my point..

ZPI IS ONE UNPROFESSIONAL OPERATION!!!!!

I rest my case.

On a side note, Travis I seriously hope you made that up just to make yourself look closer to them....that I can swallow. if its true, please accept my apology now but that was a bad move.

i hope everything works out in your favor Todd. You are a good guy, and deserve more respect than you are getting at this point in time.

It seems to me like this happens a little to often.
Maybe they get their stuff 2 days after they post because ZPI read the post as was like "Oh $hit, we better get that sent"

Just a thought.

Yeah, but I think his resolution was stopping payment on the credit card transaction. I dont' think ZPI resolved the issue.
