Default Does your dealership SUCK TOO?????

I have taken my XB in a total of nine times just to get my window replaced. My wiper blade came apart one day and scratched the crap out of my windshield and the A-pillar and above the windshield. I finally told them I was sick of it and I was going to give them a bad review when Scion send me my questioner. So I then had the general manager, the customer relations manager, and the shop manager there with me when I dropped my car off the final time to get fixed, I told them to go ahead and do my 15K service for me as well. It states on the wall that the services is $104.95. They gave me a rental and all that. So I go to get my car.........you would think with all the managers I had with me I would had flowed like clock work..........Well to say the least I got there to pay they charged me $191.58 for my 15K, my right front hub cap was missing, my air filter had not been changed, and the windsheild and cut almost a 1/8 inch of plastic off of my interior A-pillars, put knife gauses in my speaker covers. I was so ____ed off I was shaking...... The next day I went into the dealership and order that I talked to the Owner, the G.M. tock me out to the shop and order that I get a refund for the over charged service, all new interior parts be order and a new hub cap........... So is it just me???????? or does your dealership SUCK TOO??????????????????????

My car is getting repaired from an accident at a dealer and the guy has had a ***** attitude about thigns i want done . I told him I would like to order a body kit in place of the OEM one and would gladly pay the difference. 1st he says its ok no problem, I come back with quotes he than goes on to tell me that his techs do not know how to do that and he cant order, I proceede to go off on him and tell him I'm going to have my care transfered to a differnt shop. I talk to my Ins company they are ok sure np, I arrange with another dealer call him back tell him to release it, he's you cant do that we because we have started work already on it, im like yes i can im the consumer im paying ins company and in turn they are paying they say they can do it and i want it done. Then all of a sudden he agrees to do the work no problem. Well a month and a half later several headaches and arguments...Im getting my car back wednesday 10/5 with the kaminari kit installed..Having Fiance wreck my car for me $0.00...Rental car costs because enterprise sucks and didnt call me to let me know that my ins ran up on me $916.. Getting my body kit installed from the dealer $1282.71...Havine my car back finally....Priceless... Somethings money cant buy for everything there is VISA :D

I have to say my dealer doesnt suck they have just made a few mistakes. There was a "mysterious" smashing of my JL 1000 watt amp while it was in the shop for the lowering spring install and well they denied it was them claiming the aluminum rusted (aluminum cant rust) and well i had to dish out a grand to pay for a new amp. Still not blaming them cause well who knows some crazy elf could have come through with a sledgehammer and chose my cars amp to take his horrible rage, or maybe they just broke it. I dunno other than that they have been alright, usually straight forward about the availability of things and try to keep things under warranty the best they can, their labor prices are insane tho...
