sup peeps, this is my story of FUNCTIONS USA.
-ordered my shinestreet bodykit in OCT. 2005 hoping to get the kit by early DEC 2005 for the HIN...the reason I went with them and not through shinestreet themselves is b/c FUNCTIONS USA estimated a quicker shipping arrival time of 2-3 weeks. shinestreet's estimate came in around 3-4 months.
-early DEC 2005 i cancelled my order b/c it simply did not come in and they did not call me, email me, or anything!!! F*** up
- from DEC 2005 to PRESENT (5/12/06!!!) I am still waiting for my money back, this is unbelieveable, for some reason their boss is hardly in, and when he's in they tell me they'll get that money sent back to me either by check or charge it back to my card. The guys at FUNCTIONS USA are really cool/nice guys but I am not getting anywhere with my situation!! I call them pretty much 2x's a week and still, NOTHING, its taking so long sometimes i almost forgot they still owe me money.. any advice peeps??? thanks for hearing me out

 

Was the card a credit card or a debit card? Contact your card folks ASAP and tell them the story. You should probably have done this awhile back---hope it is not too late.

 

man i feel you there..........it seems everyone is seeling on the internet these days, honestly i have better luck on ebay then some of these "online tuning shops".

most con artists are very nice people. Until they steal your money. Because you can only be betrayed by someone you trust not to betray you because they seem like such nice people.
