So if anyone is interested in a nice set of rims... and LOVE the HPD's, like i fell in love with.... i would pass on buying from their website... and try and find a dealer to purchase from. i went through the website as i don't have any dealer on Guam, and emails take FOREVER, i went two weeks of sending a message (or more) every day before i recieved a response. the quote i recieved was awesome, very low, and included shipping, after i explained where i live, and that his shipping must be off, i recieved a new quote 150.00 dollars more which i assumed to be correct.

He is now trying to charge me an additional 150.00 because his shipping was still off. luckly my check card doesn't ahve near enough funds right now to cover this, but i thought it very off that he would come back and request this. after agreeing on a certain price (after much confusion, and options finally agreeing to this price.)
