My quick review of www.houseofscion.com

Ray is awesome. I sent him two e-mails with questions about a body kit & they were responded to right away.

I called to place my order vs. doing it online. I got Ray within a minuet & he answered all my questions & was very helpful. After telling him about some of my damaged goods I have been recieving from other places, he explained how it happens sometimes but he will be inspecting, wrapping & boxing my kit personally. He gave me a rough estimate of when the kit would arrive & said if it isn't at my house by that date call him right away. Less than five minuets after we hung up I had a reciept e-mailed to me for my purchase.

Their customer service is 100% & I suggest checking out their website & buying from this site.

Thanks for the great price, customer service, & making me feel comfortable that my kit will show up from LA to PA in one peice.

 

Ray is a great guy I have done business with him before and was very happy.. I have spoken to Ray personally many times afterwards. He has great prices, very competitive and he is a very cool guy to work with..

www.houseofscion.com has always given me friendly, professional service and great product to boot! :D

 

As usual my customers ROCK! You guys are the reason that we are able to do what we do, and I just try my best to do it better than all the other guys. Look for more parts on the site soon, and some much needed updating to a few sections.

On another note, if anyone gets a weird message about the site's certificate when you order or visit, just accept the certificate. I renewed my SSL this week, and I am not sure why that message pops up for some people.

Ray, since I am the one who started this thread I would like to pop back in on it.

I ended up selling the body kit which had nothing to do with you guys or the quality of the kit. I just found something I liked better.

My thoughts on you & your service are still the same, 100%. My freind is looking into getting an xA & I already gave him your name & web addy.

Keep up the great work & I am glad to see this thread is starting to take off finally & everyone else feels the same way I do.

yea i always check in with house of scion before i order from any other place...when i first ordered from house of scion i wanted to get the Injen Exhaust they were currently out of stock so Ray gave me a buz and told me about the HKS exhaust and how it sounded...i ended up getting the HKS exhaust and i still love the look and sound from it....and i just put another order throught his site...keep up the good work and i cant wait til i recieve my new item..
