Default KillerTC.com experience - stay away

Ordered a Stiffy Engine Dampener from them several weeks ago. After a week of not seeing any updated status on their website, I called them. They looked up my order and said that Ingalls was the holdup and that they would have it out the door that friday. That was two weeks ago tomorrow.

Late last week I filed a complaint with Paypal so I can get my $150 back. It's been days and they haven't responded to the complaint. They apparently don't take their internet business very seriously. As of a day ago, my order status on their website is "Failed". I'm not sure this is the result of my paypal dispute or that they simply didn't bother trying to get any from Ingalls. Based on what i've heard from other shops, there's no holdup from ingalls at all.

I reordered one through Stu at LastLookCustoms.com. Hopefully I'll get better service there.

I understand the KillerTC folks advertise here. Might want to be very careful if you decide to order from them. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal.

I agree. I ordered springs and an exhaust from them. received my springs no problem. the exhaust they sent the wrong one so i sent it back and they said the new one would be here monday. I've been calling the last couple days and no one answers the phone. Guess its time to get ahold of paypal and see about getting my money back. but i'd STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

i had sent them a question, since on their site they have
a harness bar made by Sparco listed to be made for the tC
so you'd think they have one then, since its listed and still listed
so i ask to inquire about it, get the RUDEST response from them
like its my fault thye put it on the site, wtf

wow Icenine, sorry to hear about your situation...good thing for the protection of Paypal! As far as ordering through Lastlookcustoms, Stu the owner is a good friend of mine and is a Class A stand up guy. He has some of the best prices on the internet and has extremely fast shipping. He is also a site sponsor on here. Good luck with everything and you definitely made the right choice by checking out Lstlookcustoms

good luck guys. Not sure how much you spent, but sending them a snail-mail letter from a lawyer indicating possible legal action may help. Again, only if its worth it. People typically respond very quickly to these things.

Also report this a-holes to the BBB

Paypal gave me my money back yesterday (they never responded to Paypal's email asking about my order, so it defaulted in my favor).

I tried ordering one through Stu, but he was out of stock at the time and promptly refunded me (no complaints there, Stu seems like a real stand-up guy). Anyway, I snagged one on Ebay for $158.

So yeah, don't bother with KillerTC.com. Total waste of time.

im really shocked you guys have had problems with them. Ive been ordering parts from them left and right from rims, ingals stiffu, suspension and other stuff and never had a problem. I always delt with greg from killertc and i got awesome customer service and fast on time shipping. I guess not everyone is so lucky but ive been doing business with them and never once a problem in 3 years of ordering my tc or my old civic stuff.

I already took my business elsewhere. Prior to my refund being given by Paypal, I tried on several occasions to call him. They have ZERO email presence (they simply don't respond). Several calls went completely unanswered.

They aren't worth the hassle and ____-poor communication.
